To book your session:
- Pay the consultation fee below to reserve your place.
- Amanda will give you a quick call to learn more about your concerns and arrange a suitable time.
- You’ll then receive a confirmation email with all the details, including your Teams link.

- Need more time? A second hour is available at a discounted rate of £100
After your session, Amanda will send you an email with personalized recommendations and helpful resources. Please note: this is a one-off consultation, not a therapy service.
